Full time: 35 hours per week
Fixed Term: 12 months (Maternity Cover)
We are recruiting a full-time administrative role to support the School Chief Operating Officer and Senior Research Strategy & Operations Manager.
The Opportunity:
The post-holder will be expected to multi-task their duties in an organised coordinated approach maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping.
This role will provide secretariat support for various committees as such a proven ability to take minutes and monitor follow up on actions is required.
The role will require the management of diaries along with the ability to provide support to seminars meetings and key events. Duties include proof reading drafting and editing communication and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required. The post-holder will assist in a variety of tasks of variable scale and nature that may require the collation of data or performing of basic analysis to present information in an appropriate manner. The post-holder will be expected to be resourceful and work closely with the operational team to understand how to improve processes within the administrative team.
