SERVPRO of Western Lancaster & East York is hiring a Commercial Sales Executive!

SERVPRO is a leading restoration company dedicated to helping businesses and organizations recover from disasters and emergencies. Our team is committed to delivering top-notch service and we are looking for a dynamic Commercial Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts in the commercial sector. Position Overview:
As a Commercial Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. You will work with a team of sales professionals build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration this position you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage Like it never even happened!
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target commercial clients in need of restoration and remediation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers facility directors commercial real estate agents and other potential clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to understand restoration requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that outline project scopes cost estimates timelines and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of restoration projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with commercial clients ensuring alignment with project expectations and goals.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities through effective sales strategies and networking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales with experience in the commercial property or restoration industry highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of restoration materials techniques and industry best practices is a plus.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness and ability to work nights/weekends as needed to close sales and deals with customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
