Job Description
We are looking for a Software Trainer who will be a key part of our team partnering with software developers and program leadership in a fast-paced mission-driven environment. You will design and deliver impactful training programs that help our clients confidently use our software solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead advanced training sessions on our software products and collaboration tools
- Develop and customize training materials for different applications and user needs
- Set up and manage training environments to ensure smooth sessions
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to training equipment and software
- Provide user-focused feedback on new software features and updates
- Work with the team to define training requirements and enhance program content
- Keep training materials up to date with the latest software updates
- Travel as needed to conduct in-person training and presentations across the United States and occasionally internationally
Qualifications :
Must Haves
- Ability to mentor new trainers and support onboarding
- Strong skills in gathering and using feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Experience maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
- Commitment to developing inclusive and accessible training for diverse end users
- A mindset for continuous improvement and analyzing metrics to enhance outcomes
Nice to Have
- Previous experience delivering advanced software training in a professional setting
Additional Information :
This role is remote with occasional travel required to Tampa FL Fort Bragg NC and Washington DC for meetings training and team events.
