Job Description
As the Director of Care Experience and Operations you will identify pain points throughout the continuum of care design and lead transformational improvement. You will use current voice of customer methods and other qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover market trends patient preferences and growth opportunities while ensuring alignment across all MUSC Health touch points. Your work will enhance current and future care experiences so that patients and customers experience care that is frictionless timely connected compassionate and value driven. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation across digital and physical platforms and future offerings to be discovered. This role requires a deep understanding of how to deliver high-quality safe care brand and product research principles and a passion for driving relationship-centered solutions that contribute to exceptional healthcare experiences.

Minimal Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Bedside Care Experience
Understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical care
EPIC tools documentation and Clinical workflow experience
Project Management Experience
Optional Additional Experience:
SQL & DAX coding experience
MBA (preferred) or similar master level education with a business concentration
Data visualization tools like Tableau Qualtrics PowerBi (preferred) etc.
User Experience (UX) human centered design and journey mapping experience

For every 100 additional pounds assistance will be required from another healthcare worker. 20 lbs. of force is needed to push a 400 lb. patient in a wheelchair on carpet. 25 lbs. of force is required to push a stretcher with a patient with one hand. Ability to maintain 20/40 vision corrected in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand or at a distance. (Continuous) Ability to match or discriminate between colors. (Continuous) Ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception.
