Contract Length: TBD
Shifts: 8-hour shifts for a balanced work-life schedule
Pay Rate: Earn up to $40 per hour for all taxable hours
Travel Pay Options:
- Travel w/ housing: $32/hr.
- Travel no housing/split pay: $20/hr. (taxable) $960 (tax-free) $1720/40hours (20/23-43)
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania in good standing.
Minimum of 1 2 years MDS/RNAC experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Strong understanding of PDPM OBRA regulations and CMS guidelines.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PointClickCare MatrixCare or similar.
Excellent attention to detail organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.
Certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) through AANAC is a plus but not required.
