Were on the hunt for our next mission driven Learning & Performance Partner to design implement and evaluate learning and performance strategies that empower our team to achieve sustainable impact. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution acting as a collaborative partner across departments to elevate organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of growth equity and accountability.

The Awesome Things Youll Do

  • Develop and deliver a learning and development strategy aligned with organizational objectives and values.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and recommend targeted interventions across departments (Retail Admin Mission Temporary Work).
  • Curate and/or create engaging learning content (e.g. workshops e-learning modules coaching programs)..
  • Lead annual and quarterly performance management cycles refining tools and processes to be equitable and transparent
  • Monitor performance trends and facilitate data-informed talent conversations.
  • Promote organizational values and competencies through integrated learning experiences.
  • Support leadership development pathways and succession planning initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive learning culture that values continuous growth and psychological safety.
  • Ensure platforms are accessible inclusive and aligned with the organizations values and training needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and People & Culture teams to ensure seamless integration with HR systems and data sources.
  • Design and facilitate internal coaching programs to support performance improvement and leadership growth.
  • Align coaching insights with succession planning and workforce strategies.
  • Work closely with People & Culture and departmental leaders to align programs with team needs.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to evaluate impact of learning and performance initiatives.

The Experiences Skills and Perspectives Youll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years experience in L&D performance management or organizational development ideally in nonprofit or mission-driven environments.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles instructional design coaching methods and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms learning management systems (LMS) and leadership assessments.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CPTD SHRM-CP/SCP ICF coaching credentials psychometric tools).
