Job Description

Job Summary:
Our client in the medical industry is looking for a highly capable and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead the operations of its Healthcare division in Cambodia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical product distribution and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations including supply chain warehousing logistics and pharmaceutical distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all Cambodian pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor teams across departments to drive efficiency and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with principals government bodies and healthcare partners.
- Improve commercial performance and support new product launches and market growth.
- Coordinate with Finance Sales HR and Regulatory Affairs to meet business targets.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure effective performance management.
Main Requirements:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution with leadership responsibility.
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Business Supply Chain or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics operations and compliance in Cambodia.
- Proven leadership strategic planning and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
