Position Summary:
- Be the face of the hotel welcoming and connecting with guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
- Respond to guest enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to transportation reservations and dry cleaning
- Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assistthe concierge team in general operational tasks whilst supporting other front office associates
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service enabling future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
- Create meaningful guest experiences performing unique services that are tailored to client requirement
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt & thorough manner
About You:
- A current drivers license
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
