You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a personable proactive and organized Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for guests members and visitors at our dynamic property combining a shared workspace and other amenities including hotel restaurant events and wellness. The Concierge plays a vital role in delivering a seamless welcoming and service-driven environment ensuring that every guest and member experience exceeds expectations
Ensure that our clients experience the company value OPEN WITH OPTIMISM in delivering superior friendly service
o Greet register and assist workspace members hotel guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
o Manage check-ins check-outs and workspace bookings efficiently.
o Provide personalized recommendations on local dining events transport and cultural attractions.
o Coordinate reservations courier services and special requests
Collaborate with centre team to adhere to standard operating procedures
o Ensure the opening and closing procedure is followed whenever on duty for the same
o Upload and maintain clients information on Office RnD as required
o Create thorough guest histories for all members and guests
o Take and maintain accurate records of bookings and use of meeting room facilities
o Ensure all billable services provided to the client have been accurately recorded and billed for
o Maintain an inviting orderly and well-presented front desk lobby and lounge areas.
o Answer and manage phone calls emails and in-person inquiries promptly.
o Liaise with housekeeping facilities and security teams to address operational needs.
o Assist with daily reporting guest/member feedback tracking and incident logging.
o Oversee mail and package handling for hotel guests and workspace members.
o Support event coordination and internal community initiatives within the property.
o Good written and oral communication skills

o Well presented presentable appearance pleasant maintains eye contact engagement and approachable

Experience
o 3 years experience in the front office
