IN THIS REVENUE OPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT ROLE YOUR TIME IS SPENT:
- Managing billing operations and tracking third-party services
- Building and refining scalable workflows and internal billing controls
- Working closely with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting
- Leading efforts to reduce revenue leakage and ensure complete capture
- Preparing monthly revenue and margin reports with detailed variance analysis
- Reviewing billing setups (active and terminated clients) to ensure accuracy
- Supporting the Assistant Controller with GAAP reporting audits and special projects
- Helping improve the efficiency and integrity of financial operations
- Every task you touch helps drive smart decisions and better business outcomes
As our Revenue Operations Accountant you become the go-to expert for billing accuracy recurring revenue and financial insight. Youll be trusted with all our accounting needs.
DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 4 years of experience in billing accounting operations or revenue support
- Strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn SQL
- Skilled at reconciling data and identifying discrepancies
- Experience with billing systems and accounting software
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with finance sales and support
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with FP&A or financial planning
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with third-party integrations or vendor billing
- Exposure to sales tax compliance
- Background in SaaS HCM or payroll
- Experience in a high-growth company
