WithSecure is seeking a Software Developer to join our dynamic this role you will contribute to designing developing and maintaining microservices-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create highly resilient well-tested and high-performing code for both front-end (Vue 3 / Svelte) and back-end components primarily using Rust with Python as a secondary language.
- Work across microservices and cloud-based architectures (AWS) ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and product management to deliver a high-quality product aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to infrastructure management using Terraform as the primary IaC tool with occasional use of AWS CDK where applicable.
- Prototype and research new features and technologies contributing to technical innovation and product evolution.
- Participate in code reviews technical discussions and agile ceremonies to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks preferably Vue 3 or Svelte.
- Solid experience with back-end development ideally using Rust with Python as a plus.
- Understanding of microservices and cloud-based architectures (especially AWS).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools preferably Terraform; exposure to AWS CDK is a strong advantage.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to produce quality documentation.
- Team player mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
