Job Description

Agensi Pekerjaan Jobs Kreate Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a Full time hours Administration Assistant role in Bukit Bintang Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. Apply now to be part of our team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
  • Prepare candidate profiles reports and documents for client review
  • Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates on document collection interview attendance and onboarding requirements
  • Support in organizing recruitment events job fairs and online assessments
  • Ensure all recruitment-related documents are properly filed and archived
