Job Summary
Love keeping things organized and making sure everything runs like clockwork Join Conduent Greece as our Digital Card Analyst and turn precision into impact.
Reporting directly to the HR Country Lead youll be the go-to person for keeping our new digital attendance system running smoothly checking real-time punches solving small issues fast and making sure we stay compliant with local labor laws.
Youll also lend a hand with general office coordination and help keep our day-to-day operations on track.
Its a great role for someone with a couple of years of experience who enjoys solving problems staying on top of details and working with people across teams.
What Youll Do
- Track real-time check-ins and check-outs on the digital card system.
- Follow up with employees when punches are missing or look off.
- Fix or flag attendance issues and prepare quick reports for HR and Payroll.
- Join scheduling calls and make sure shifts match where people actually work.
- Support basic office and admin tasks keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What Were Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in admin HR support or operations.
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong with Excel and comfortable using digital systems.
- Detail-oriented you notice when something doesnt add up.
- Confident reaching out to people and following through until things get done.
- Flexible to work a schedule that overlaps with different shifts (late morning to early evening).
