Plan prepare and oversee the delivery of nutritious seasonal menus that meet dietary and allergen requirements
Ensure compliance with all food safety hygiene and health & safety regulations
Manage inventory ordering and cost control to meet budget targets
Support and develop kitchen staff through training coaching and performance management
Coordinate hospitality for school events and functions maintaining high standards of presentation and service
Foster an inclusive and positive team environment that promotes wellbeing and professional growth
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a Chef Manager or similar leadership role
A passion for seasonal sustainable cooking and food innovation
Strong understanding of plant-based and allergen-aware catering
Excellent people management and communication skills
High standards for food presentation safety and compliance
