Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Bowen Group a GTSC company seeks an Outreach Specialist Healthcare Call Center as a key member of our team.
The mission of theHealthcare Call Center focuses on providing services and support to transitioning military service members and/or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health (i.e. mental health or behavioral health) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care.
Work Location
This position is remote and the Healthcare Call Center operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours of 8am through 5pm extending from Eastern Time (ET) through Pacific Time (PT). Your core work hours would be determined by the program manager.
IMPORTANT: You are required to attend in person and to present at a monthly Program Management Review (PMR) in the Washington DC area.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Must be DoD 8140.03 IA certified. A SecurityCE certification would be appropriate.
EDUCATION
- A bachelors degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in marketing public relations communications or another related field is .
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of two years of programmatic outreach experience is .
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
- Capable of preparing briefing documents such as informational technical training progress and fiscal reports. Reports correspondence and documents are to be prepared in a professional and competent manner requiring little or no editorial changes
