Manage and optimize the CARC budget (CAC & CRC) to ensure efficient and
impactful spend.
Own the user journey from awareness to retention. Identify drop-off points and
develop strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value (LTV).
Optimize CRM campaigns (e.g. email push SMS) and in-app engagement.
Use data to drive decision-making. Monitor KPIs generate insights and present
findings to leadership with clear action plans.
Run continuous A/B tests & Experiements to improve conversion activation
retention and Pricing metrics.
Collaborate with the Regional Growth Product & Marketing Teams to develop
and execute Customer lifecycle strategies that support user acquisition
engagement and retention goals.
Collaborate closely with local cross-functional teams including Commercial
Logistics Quick Commerce to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and goals.
Manager & grow PandaPRO (Subscription) in BD by improving PRO Value
proposition (PRO Deals Unlimited Free Delivery Partnership Benefits) Product &
App visibility and PRO retention metrics.
