Step into Your New Role

Kleinfelder is looking for a detail-oriented Mining/Civil Site Design Project Manager to join our southeast

engineering team. With expanding opportunities in the region and a variety of clients the ideal candidate will

join our high achieving fast-paced team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a

team are valued attributes for this position. The project work will be multi-disciplinary in nature but experience

in mine planning resource management reclamation and stormwater management is especially relevant.

This is a hybrid office role and can be in:

* Charlotte NC

* Raleigh NC

* Atlanta GA

* Jacksonville FL

* Orlando FL

* Tampa FL

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project execution including proposal development project organization subcontractor management
• scheduling financial management health and safety stewardship and delivery quality
• Overseeing pursuits designate the appropriate resources to projects define client needs address client
• concerns and suggest solutions to solve project challenges
• Leading technical cost and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams and driving customer value
• Nurturing and growing client relationships
• Supporting the achievement of professional staffs career goals

Education/Certification:

• Required Bachelor of Science Degreein Engineering
• Preferred Professional Engineer (PE)

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary design permitting and construction
• Ability to actively develop and maintain client relationships
• Capability to assess and resolve issues and conflicts
• Understanding of financial management concepts
• 6 years of related experience in mining or industrial projects including 2 years of project management experience
• Consulting experience is preferred
