Job Title: ERP Project Manager Workday (Finance Module)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Workday Finance module for our Thailand business. This is a full-time role based in central Bangkok supporting a critical ERP transformation within a leading healthcare organization. The ideal candidate must have direct experience managing Workday implementations particularly within the Finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Finance in Thailand aligning with regional and global project goals
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders external vendors and global Workday teams
- Drive project planning execution risk management and reporting to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across Finance IT and Operations
- Ensure all financial processes (GL AP AR assets reporting) are fully and accurately transitioned into Workday
- Oversee change management user adoption and post-go-live support planning
- Deliver regular updates and presentations to senior leadership on project progress and performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading Workday Finance implementations
- Strong understanding of finance workflows and ERP mapping
- 58 years of experience in ERP project management roles ideally within multinational or regional enterprises
- Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent English required; Thai language skills are an advantage
