About the Opportunity
Were seeking a dynamic and driven leader to lead our People and Culture team. Reporting to the Director Organisational Performance youll champion a progressive people strategy that drives innovation inspires high performance and puts people at the heart of everything we do.

This role is a permanent full time opportunity. The total remuneration package begins at $170K dependent on experience which includes superannuation and the option of a private use vehicle.
About You
Youre a values driven passionate and strategic people leader. Your career has spanned complex organisations (ideally public sector or not-for-profit) and youre comfortable managing change complexity and culture.
You will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management Industrial Relations Organisational Development or equivalent.
You will have the ability to lead and inspire staff whilst developing the organisations capability. Your experience in providing effective judgement and decision making will be highly regarded and your ability to communicate effectively and build long term relationships will be a given. You will be a strong role model of the organisations values and expected behaviours fostering a positive workplace culture and setting the standard for integrity professionalism and collaboration.
