Employment Type: Full-Time (76h 00m per fortnight) Fixed-Term (until 10 July 2026)

Award: Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Award

Classification Level: 5 ($51.27 to $53.59/hr)

THE ROLE

The Accommodation and Domestic and Family Violence (ADFV) team will be responsible for providing information assessment and referral services as well as providing case management support to those in supported accommodation (including Kyabras DFV shelter via our Safe and Connected Housing program) and to clients accessing support through Kyabras Mobile DFV service.

The Coordinator will work with the Manager and team members to ensure that the following activities are carried out:

In conjunction with the Manager the Coordinator will provide line management and practice supervision and support and will involve team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations. The Coordinator will also interact with a range of other teams and roles within the organisation in relation to areas such as professional supervision and training data collection and reporting research and evaluation quality assurance and standards.

The position involves both centre-based and outreach functions involving coordinated work with a range of agency community and staff resources. This role also involves participating in an on-call roster for which an allowance is paid. Some travel to Caboolture and other areas in our catchment will also be required.


Hours of Work

The successful candidate is expected to work 76h 00m per fortnight.
