AttainX Inc. is seeking a dynamic and innovative Outreach and Engagement Program Manager (O&E PM) to lead the planning execution and continuous improvement of communications engagement and brand initiatives for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) This individual will oversee O&E personnel drive campaign ideation and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital engagement public relations and high-visibility government communications.

Job Duties:
Oversee day-to-day performance of all O&E-related tasks and personnel to include but not limited to:
Drive campaign ideation development and implementation.
Act as the contractors point of contact (POC) for O&E matters and liaise with government stakeholders.
Lead efforts in content strategy PR branding and digital communications.
Manage schedule staff performance and innovation in outreach initiatives.
