This is a maximum term contract for a 12 month period to cover parental leave. The ideal candidate will work 38 hours per week however we are open to flexible part time options. This position is based in our head office located at the Angela Wright Bennett Centre in Northbridge.
The Manager People and Culture leads and manages a trusted professional and objective advisory service to People & Culture (P&C) stakeholders being Ruah leaders and their people. This role partners with leaders to continually develop and implement solutions across Ruahs talent lifecycle delivering outcomes to meet strategic and operational objectives.
Overseeing portfolios of Ruah service areas this role is an expert across all generalist HR disciplines inclusive of employee and industrial relations activities with staff experience being at the forefront of action.
This role as part of the wider leadership team elevates Ruahs employee value proposition as a brand ambassador that is an active ally across our internal communities (Reconciliation LGBTIQ etc).
Our P&C team is made up of a vibrant and respected group of professionals. We love making a difference for our people so that they can be their best for our vulnerable clients. We certainly have fun while we do this too.
