Job Description

About the role

Reporting directly to the People and Culture Manager the role is responsible for leading all recruitment activities at St Vincents Lismore as well as providing HR support to the Executive Managers and 600 employees of St Vincents Lismore as needed. As the recruitment lead your work will primarily focus on recruitment and onboarding but may also include other HR functional areas such as:

  • HR information and advice
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Rewards and Recognition
  • Culture and wellbeing

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using various recruitment tools and technologies
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

This is a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity based on-site at our St Vincents Lismore campus.
