Your contribution to Prysmians Success:

We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist (Internship) to join our office in Milan.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process to create and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers recruiters and HR providing support in administrative tasks communication and recruiting efforts.
  • Organize and participate job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Promote Prysmians employer brand by sharing our values culture and opportunities with potential candidates.
  • Provide support to HR and recruiting teams as needed.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Decision making attitude critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork skills results oriented and ambitious mindset
