Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist (Internship) to join our office in Milan.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on interview scheduling.
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process to create and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers recruiters and HR providing support in administrative tasks communication and recruiting efforts.
- Organize and participate job fairs and recruitment events.
- Promote Prysmians employer brand by sharing our values culture and opportunities with potential candidates.
- Provide support to HR and recruiting teams as needed.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Decision making attitude critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills results oriented and ambitious mindset
