This is a 20-hour per week part-time position with flexible afternoon hours. Compensation:$18.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on experience
Experience/Education Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in recruitment and/or human resources
Essential Functions of the Job: ATS Management: Screen applicant resumes phone-interview candidates update candidate statuses and coordinate interview logistics Interview Scheduling: Arrange and confirm onsite or virtual interviews with hiring managers and candidates Employee Referrals: Track incoming referrals ensure they are properly documented in the system and follow up as needed Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire orientation and preparation of onboarding materials Compliance Tasks: Conduct background checks verify licenses/certifications and ensure documentation accuracy HR Administrative Support: Maintain personnel records and provide general assistance with HR operations
