We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our international HR team for a period of 5-6 months starting in February 2026. TPV Technology is an internationally renowned PC monitor TV and Digital Signage Displays manufacturer. TPV serves as an original design manufacturer for some of the best-known TV PC and Digital Signage Displays brands in the industry and distributes its products worldwide under its own brands AOC and addition the company designs produces and sells Philips-branded monitors TVs and AVA products Digital Signage Displays and mobile phones through a license agreement with Philips via its subsidiaries TP Vision and MMD. As an example the company brings high-quality TV sets to the market: smart and easy to use with sophisticated styling. About TP Vision

Purpose/Context
As intern HR you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of dedicated tasks given room for own initiative as well as given the required support in your development. You will gain experience with and understanding of HR processes from A to Z. You will be part of the European HR department.
Your activities
Support in recruiting and onboarding
Take part in the Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding of new hires
Learn about Payroll and assist with personnel mutations
Support with operational tasks such as answering employees questions administration making contracts and reporting (a significant part of the internship experience)
Learn about and assist with compensation & benefits
Learn about Dutch labour law
What are we looking for
A student working towards a Bachelors (applied sciences / HBO) Degree in Human Resource Management preferably or e.g. Business Administration with HR specialization
Fluent in English Dutch would be a plus
Someone who understands that HR is a combination of pro-activeness constant growth and empathy towards others
Previous experience is not needed we are here to help you learn!

Availability for 5-6 months per February 2026
