Job Description

The primary responsibility of the programcoordinator position is to provide program implementation researchidentification and implementation support and guidance across the district andindividual schools. Additionally it is to help teachers analyze their teachingbehaviors to increase student performance in the program. The programcoordinator will work with building principals leadership teams and teachersand will facilitate the process for adopting implementing and monitoring aPREK-12 district program plan including assessment instruction professionaldevelopment and program evaluation. The program coordinator will be expectedto be current in instructional strategies and model and coach teachers in programstrategies.
