Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Regional Marketing leads the development and execution of marketing strategies across a portfolio of gaming properties. This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals optimizes marketing performance and reinvestment and guides cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES (PLEASE LIST POSITION TITLES): Director of Regional Marketing
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for assigned casino properties in collaboration with property leadership and Shared Services teams.
- Lead the creation of annual marketing plans and budgets ensuring alignment with gaming hotel and non-gaming revenue targets.
- Guide the development and execution of property marketing calendars promotions and events to drive visitation and profitability.
- Collaborate with central teams (brand advertising PR digital analytics) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign integration across all channels.
- Support entertainment F&B and retail marketing initiatives including promotional planning and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor marketing spend and ROI ensuring accountability and alignment with property goals.
- Ensure clear communication of marketing initiatives updates and corporate directives across all properties.
- Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across regional teams and properties.
- Mentor and develop on-site marketing leaders supporting career growth and talent retention.
- Represent marketing at key property events and engage with high-value guests as needed.
- Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and Company policies.
- Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
- Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty integrity and responsible corporate behavior.
- Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of senior level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance
- Bachelors in marketing business operations management finance or related field preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to drive marketing strategies across multiple locations
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
