Job Description
Pulmonologist / Critical Care Physician (Permanent Role)
Location: Dallas TX 75246
Shift: Full Time Days
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Provide high-quality care for patients with pulmonary diseases and critical illnesses
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory conditions
- Manage ICU patients including ventilator management and complex critical care procedures
- Perform pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy thoracentesis and others as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists nurses and specialists
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Participate in rotating call coverage as assigned
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain one prior to start date)
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
