Tasks
- Own and optimize all paid performance channels (including SEA SEO paid social affiliate display and native advertising)
- Plan allocate and monitor budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
- Conceptualize execute and test data-driven advertising campaigns including A/B and multivariate tests
- Analyze user journeys and channel performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative product and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Prepare actionable reports and present insights to management for strategic decision-making
- Stay current with digital marketing trends platform updates and privacy regulations to ensure compliance and innovation
Requirements
- 35 years of professional experience in performance marketing (SEA SEO paid social); affiliate marketing experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and major ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads Meta Business Suite programmatic DSPs)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; comfortable with campaign testing and optimization
- Experience in the fintech lending or banking industry is highly valued
- Bachelors or masters degree in marketing business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to work independently in a remote team
- English at B1/B2 level or higher; German is a plus
