What You Will Do:
Develop & Innovate: Own and continuously improve all company-wide project scheduling processes and standards for quality and consistency.
Train & Mentor: Design and deliver dynamic training programs to enhance the scheduling expertise of our project teams at all levels.
Provide Expert Support: Serve as the go-to subject matter expert advising project leadership on complex scheduling challenges and strategic solutions.
Drive Technology: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge scheduling software and tools to maintain our competitive edge.
What You Need:
10 years of hands-on commercial construction experience.
10 years in a dedicated project scheduling role.
Demonstrated experience creating and delivering successful training programs.
Proficiency with modern scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6 Asta Powerproject).
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Ability to travel to regional offices and project sites.
