Are you a Finance Manager that has wanted a chance to run your own store Here is your opportunity! This is an Automotive Sales & Service Facility selling 20-40 Vehicle per month. Coggins of the Berkshires a proud part of the locally owned and community-driven Coggins Auto Group we are looking for a Finance Manager/GSM to oversee the full scope of our sales and finance operations. This is a hands-on high-impact leadership role. Ideal for someone who thrives on growth accountability and making both customers and employees feel like family. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in automotive dealership management (GSM or Finance Manager)
  • Demonstrated success in retail automotive sales
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills youre a coach not just a manager
  • Ability to motivate energize and train your team daily
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Excel Teams and dealership platforms like DealerTrack and VINsolutions
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for using tools to improve process and performance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead coach and grow the sales and finance departments with energy and professionalism
  • Work directly with customers to develop enriching long-lasting relationships
  • Establish trust and build a strong network of loyal clientele and prospects
  • Provide guidance and close support during customer negotiations and deals
  • Facilitate ongoing sales training to drive team development and performance
  • Set clear goals and expectations for sales targets and customer experience
  • Stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations ensuring excellence at every level
  • Drive sales results and analyze business metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with the GM to manage inventory vehicle pricing and department expenses
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
