What will you do
- Collaborate with colleagues across Product Management Engineering Security Research Marketing Services and others to execute communications to all SentinelOne Partners.
- Investigate significant incident tickets and engineering post-mortems to draft clear accurate root cause analyses (RCAs).
- Partner closely with Engineering Security Research and Product teams to gather technical details verify findings and ensure consistency.
- Draft systemic and recurring communications to keep partners informed and educated on the latest updates and enhancements.
- Create edit and refine draft communications that are partner-facing or have partner impact including from other teams as needed.
- Ensure that teams and leaders are informed of important external communications and prepared for expected responses from partner-facing teams.
- Undertake other responsibilities as required.
What skills and knowledge should you bring
- 3 years of communications experience for a SAAS company
- A partner-centric approach in all your communications. Ability to engage and communicate with audiences that vary in size product sophistication and lifecycle stage
- Ability to understand communicate and manage change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize engineering-level detail into clear actionable documentation.
- Prior experience creating partner/MSSP-focused materials or collaborating with channel teams is a major plus
- Working knowledge of endpoint protection XDR/SIEM platforms and/or cloud security architectures.
- Familiarity with Customer Success CRM and surveying tools and platforms
- Experience with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g. Marketo Hubspot Marketing Cloud etc.)
- Familiarity with Jira Atlas Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in communicating with Partners from diverse cultures
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly
- Be able to have a flexible schedule
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Strong team player but still a self-starter
- Previous security industry experience or endpoint security-specific experience
- Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Professional competency in one or more foreign language(s)
- Previous experience as a technical writer incident response analyst RCA author or similar role in cybersecurity software engineering or IT operations.
- Experience with HTML and/or CSS
