Job Description
We are seeking a professional and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Modesto CA. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for clients ensuring inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and accurately. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems.
Provide accurate product and service information to assist with troubleshooting and resolution.
Track and manage customer requests from initiation to resolution.
Document interactions and maintain detailed records of each case.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM systems.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
