Reputable Community Healthcare Clinic is hiring a Human Resources (HR) Analyst

Alliance Medical Center is currently seeking a Human Resources (HR) Analyst for 30-40 hours per week.

The Human Resources (HR) Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the operational effectiveness of the HR team at AMC. This position provides high-level administrative and project-based support to the HR team and the Director of HR with responsibilities that span credentialing coordination documentation tracking internal compliance audits and strategic HR initiatives. A key focus of this role is contributing to the ongoing digitization and automation of HR processes which helps the team streamline workflows and enhance data integrity.


Ideal for a detail-oriented tech-curious individual this role offers the opportunity to support the adoption of emerging HR technologies including AI-driven tools and ensure the HR function remains agile and responsive to AMCs evolving workforce needs.


Essential Duties

  • Respond to requests and provide support to all members of the HR team.
  • Foster seamless communication and coordination across the HR team to strengthen collaboration and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the HR team including project tracking scheduling and internal coordination.
  • Works closely with the HR team on Recruiting and Credentialing initiatives. Once the Credentialing vendor (PMG) submits the completed credentialing and privileging packet the HR Analyst takes the lead in downloading saving and maintaining the electronic credentialing files for employees including new hires and current staff. Maintains and organizes credentialing and HR compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with the HR team in adherence with AMCs new hire checklist ensures that the preparation of the employees personnel electronic file is created and saved onto AMCs secure platform in HR (SharePoint) including the employees orientation documentation handbook acknowledgment job description and telework agreement (as applicable).
  • Assist with the digitization of personnel records and support HR automation initiatives using platforms such as Paylocity and SharePoint.
  • Supports onboarding activities which include preparing new hire swag bags before the new hires start day new hire packets including Online Learning (Relias) and Windows login information and printing the new hires orientation schedule for their reference.
  • Coordinate the new hire photo with the picture and name for AMC employee badge creation.
  • Tracks that all employees training has been completed (new hires and existing employees) and ensures HR documents are collected and filed.
  • Adhering to the internal mail procedure of AMC postal mail manage incoming AMC mail ensuring timely distribution and appropriate digital archiving.
  • Maintain logs and trackers for job descriptions credential expirations training deadlines and performance evaluation cycles.
  • Compile HR reports and dashboards and assist with documentation required for audits and internal reviews.
  • Handle confidential employee and organizational information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
  • Under HR team guidance contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and supporting the implementation of solutions.
  • Assist the HR Director and HR team in tracking progress on strategic initiatives and providing updates on HR metrics and deliverables.
  • Collect and analyze data to support data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Provide backup administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Participate in digitization efforts and support automation of routine administrative tasks including AI-driven tools where applicable.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging HR technologies and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of digital solutions.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources or related field (required).
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g. Paylocity) and Microsoft Office Suite (required).
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail (required).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (required).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment (required).
  • Interest in process improvement automation and HR systems innovation (preferred).
  • 12 years of administrative or HR experience (preferred).
  • Experience with office operations including mail processing and recordkeeping (preferred).
