Job Description

Were seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our Brisbane Head Office on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consistency thrives in a front-facing role and wants to be part of a dynamic and supportive corporate environment with the flexibility of a temporary arrangement.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors and calls
  • Managing mail deliveries and front desk coordination
  • Assisting with meeting room setups catering and office supplies
  • Providing admin support across departments

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role
  • Professional presentation and clear communication
  • A proactive can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and working in a corporate setting

This is a fully in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping operations running smoothly.
