We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential for providing a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and clients while also managing administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the office.
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk activities including receiving deliveries and sorting mail
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and rooms
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Perform clerical duties such as filing photocopying and data entry
Assist other departments with administrative support as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Full Time
