What youll be doing:
Oversee all front office and reservation operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead train and inspire the front office and reservation teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
Oversee and manage check-in/check-out procedures with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally turning challenges into opportunities.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Maintain and implement both Novotel & Ibis brand standards ensuring excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a proactive and positive attitude.
Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera Cloud experience preferred).
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
