Job Description
Overview
Were seeking a passionate and creative Senior Consumer Engagement Manager to develop and execute innovative strategies that build lasting relationships with our customers amplify brand love and drive growth. Responsibilities
- Engagement Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy aligned with our brands vision marketing objectives and overall business goals.
- Omnichannel Experience:Lead the creation of seamless and elevated consumer & community experiences across paid & organic media PR and influencer marketing.
- Content Creation & Storytelling:Oversee the development of captivating and shareable content that resonates with our target audience reinforces our brands unique personality and sparks conversations.
- Social Media Management:Drive our social media presence creating engaging content calendars and considered advertising strategy fostering community interaction managing influencer collaborations and staying ahead of emerging trends.
- Community Building:Cultivate a vibrant and loyal customer community by actively engaging with followers responding to inquiries and creating opportunities for connection and co-creation.
- CRM & Personalization: Work with our CRM department to help personalize communications and create targeted campaigns that drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Data Analysis & Insights:Track and analyse key engagement metrics providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies improve performance and inform decision-making.
- PR & Influencer Management:Plan and execute engaging PR & influencer experiences both in-person and virtual that create memorable brand moments and foster deeper community connections.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing sales ecommerce and creative to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified customer experience.
- Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends consumer behaviours and social media innovations to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience (7 years) in consumer engagement social media marketing or a related field preferably within the beauty luxury or fashion industry.
- A passion for beauty a love for our brand and a genuine desire to connect with our customers.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging and on-brand content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and try new things.
- A positive attitude a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
