Our proteomic sciences solutions are transforming the understanding of human diseases through advanced protein biomarker discovery. We are now looking to expand our PMO team with an additional Project Manager. In this role you will be at the forefront of innovation in proteomics driving a variety of projects including New Product Introductions (NPI).
Develop a timetable for the projects aligned to set goals.
Lead projects towards agreed goals according to set schedule quality and budget.
Collaborate with project team members internally and externally.
Responsible for communication with the Steering Committee.
Continually work to improve educate and lead within company project processes.
Develop manage and drive improvements through engagement support teamwork and apply structured models in project management.
Education
Relevant degree in a related field (Bsc MSc PhD or equivalent experience in Engineering Life Sciences).
Certification in Project Management (e.g PMP IPMA etc) is advantageous.
At least a few years of experience in project management or product management within the Life Science industry. Experience of NPI projects is a plus.
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English is mandatory and necessary to be successful in this role.

Moreover you communicate effectively and can understand various perspectives. To succeed as Project Manager you must also demonstrate practicality and attention to detail when required while maintaining a long-term strategic outlook.
