We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Quality Analyst with experience in developing and executing test plans identifying and resolving defects and work within various ServiceNow modulesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to assess functionality reliability performance and overall quality of ServiceNow applications and featuresIdentify document and track defects found during testing working with developers to ensure timely resolutionRecommend and implement preventative and corrective actions to maintain and improve ServiceNow quality standardsCreate and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases and test resultsEvaluate existing quality assurance processes and procedures recommending and implementing improvementsCollaborate with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standardsSupport ongoing operationalization of the SAM Pro module and process standardization
