Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Developer / Creator in ServiceNow App Engine Studio to join our team and work full-time and exclusively with one of our top clients in the pharmaceutical sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an enterprise-wide Citizen Development initiative leveraging the power of the ServiceNow platform.

Scope of the Role

Our client has adopted a Citizen Development approach in ServiceNow to democratize application development across the enterprise. This role is instrumental in supporting guiding and inspiring others to use low-code/no-code tools effectively while also contributing technically within the IT INF WPX Application Delivery team.

You will act as a citizen development champion creating solutions coaching new users improving processes and driving innovation. Youll also be responsible for creating and enhancing application prototypes and mission-critical solutions within ServiceNows App Engine Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and communicate the vision of Citizen Development within ServiceNow.
Upskill as a Citizen Developer in ServiceNow focusing on software management and app delivery.
Act as a mentor trainer and ambassador for the Citizen Development approach within the organization.
Support onboarding training and coaching of new and existing users.
Continuously evaluate and propose process improvements to the platform team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect develop and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Build and enhance prototypes Proof of Concepts and full-scale applications in App Engine Studio.
Lead technical workshops and contribute as a subject matter expert.
Stay informed of ServiceNow product evolution and industry trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
Document and present technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements

Availability to attend office in Sant Cugat Barcelona once a week
Solid understanding of SQL and general database concepts.
Self-driven and quick to learn new technologies through instruction and self-training.
Proven ability to lead or work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality outcomes under tight timelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Critical and analytical thinker with excellent team collaboration abilities.3 years of hands-on experience in developing and architecting solutions on the ServiceNow Platform or a similar low-code platform.
Expertise in ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
Solid experience with JavaScript HTML and frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.
Familiarity with developing catalog items workflows and other ServiceNow components.
