As one of 31 PHNs across Australia Brisbane North PHN is dedicated to transforming and strengthening primary health care across our region committed to improving health outcomes for the community across Brisbanes northside Moreton Bay and parts of Somerset. We work with the community health professionals and service providers to understand the needs of our community and to commission services to respond to those needs.

Description
Your Impact
- Lead data and digital excellence to support population health planning and intelligence to monitor and inform commissioning decisions
- Provide organisational leadership to support the full commissioning cycle including capability development across the PHN
- Provide executive oversight of key operational areas including planning performance reporting clinical governance and emergency response
- Partner with the CEO to identify and influence government policy inform decision making and identify strategic opportunities
- Shape and embed a high-performance culture that drives innovation and measurable health outcomes
- Contribute to the Executive leadership of Brisbane North PHN with a focus on making a real and measurable difference
Skills And Experiences
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in public health health management or a related field
- Senior executive experience including high level strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the Commissioning cycle and its application to improve health outcomes
- Proven ability to lead the use of data to generate insights and drive performance High-level stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to identify strategic opportunities
- A passion for health equity and improving outcomes for communities
