Job Description

Job Summary:
Our FMCG client is looking for a Distribution Center Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations ensure efficient inbound/outbound processes maintain stock accuracy and support business growth through strong coordination and high service standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead warehouse operations strategy to improve efficiency capacity and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee inbound shipments storage redressing outbound and return processes to ensure timely and accurate handling.
- Manage manpower planning equipment needs and infrastructure reliability.
- Ensure compliance with inventory accuracy safety quality standards and documentation practices.
- Maintain high service quality and build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive warehouse utilization and business growth.
- Lead team performance and support continuous learning and improvement.
Main Requirements:

Strong experience in warehouse and inventory operations.

Good understanding of distribution and transportation.

Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office; fluent in Khmer and fair in English.
