General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of Cost Control Planning & Progress and Document Control
- Accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis according to project Procedures
- Data and technical documentation monitoring throughout the lifecycle of the Projects
- To ensure that all technical documentation produced for the Project is in accordance with the Project requirements
- To provide for archiving of all final documentation at the end of the activity.
- Quality and consistency of project package definition
- Engineering activities completion according to plan
- Assuring the application to project of all the relevant norms local rules COMPANY standards and international best practices on accident prevention and human protection environmental impact reduction and energy efficiency
- Management of Cost Schedule and Documentation functions
- Coordinating with project scheduling and analysis engineer in order to match project times and costs
- Ensure development and implementation of project procedures for Cost Schedule and Documentation functions
- Project accounting data feeding into enterprise systems.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
- Work experience of 15 years in Project Services / Project Control after earning degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
