ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a rapidly growing company providing integrated high-tech solutions and specialized technical support services to a wide range of clients is seeking for a talented IT Sales Account Manager.

Location: Athens

Working Model: On site

You will be reporting to: the CEO


What you will do:

As an IT Sales Account Manager you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities managing client accounts and collaborating with internal departments to deliver optimal technical solutions. Your role spans across business development and after-sales support.

More specifically:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients to promote IT infrastructure solutions
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions or subscriptions (e.g. servers switches cloud backups)
  • Work closely with the technical team for solution design and the finance department for pricing
  • Handle client proposals and follow-up for closing deals
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the back-office team
  • Stay updated with certifications and trainings offered by the company
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth


Requirements
  • Academic background in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
  • 23 years of experience in IT sales account management
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware networking equipment cloud services)
  • Strong communication negotiation and client-facing skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Good command of English
  • A team player with a proactive goal-oriented mindset
