Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle including sourcing screening
interview coordination and offer management.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role
requirements.
Source potential candidates using various platforms
Conduct preliminary screening and assessments to shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews with internal stakeholders.
Follow up on interview feedback manage final shortlists and facilitate offer roll-
outs.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and
transparency.
