Were looking for enthusiastic bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our growing team! If youre fluent in German and English love solving problems and enjoy helping people this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive international environment.
Youll be the voice (or rather the chat) of our company assisting customers via email and chat with professionalism empathy and efficiency.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat (95% written support)
Resolve product service or order-related questions
Guide customers through solutions and processes clearly and patiently
Escalate complex issues when necessary to the appropriate teams
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using support tools
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience
Fluent in both German and English (spoken & written)
Excellent written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
Comfortable using technology and quick to learn new systems
Available for flexible shifts (MondaySunday)
Reliable empathetic and detail-oriented
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
