This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Tuesday to Thursday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Friday and Saturday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
- Client time zone: Central Time Houston TX USA
- 20-34 hours per week
Job Description:

As a Customer Relations Manager you ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service while developing valuable skills in the insurance industry. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to English and Spanish-speaking clients
- Process and manage customer insurance quotes and policy renewals efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with management on complex customer issues learning best practices and industry standards
- Develop independence and expertise to handle customer concerns directly over time
- Maintain detailed records and follow established insurance agency protocols
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required - you ll be serving a diverse customer base
- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Eagerness to learn insurance industry processes and regulations
- Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
- Availability to work part-time hours Tuesday through Saturday
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required - training will be provided
