- Hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office)
Pro-Rata Salary Range of $111k Base to $125k Base (dependent on experience skills and capabilities) plus 12% Superannuation Smart Salary Packaging Benefit

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
As our HR Business Partner youll be a trusted advisor to leaders delivering end-to-end HR services and driving initiatives that foster an inclusive high-performing culture. Youll play a key role in:
- Partnering with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle
- Leading employee relations
- Driving engagement and inclusion across teams
- Designing and delivering innovative people programs
- Using data and insights to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating globally to enhance the employee experience

Skills Knowledge and Experience/ Our Successful Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Commerce or Social Sciences
- Proven experience in HR partnering and employee relations
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication analytical and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset with a passion for enhancing employee experience
